Classes

Beginning  April 26:

  • Cultivating compassion for self and others

Dr. Zebrasky's Doctoral dissertation topic was the creation of a                               compassion training curriculum for health care providers. An extensive                   amount of research has illustrated the benefit for patients, practitioners                   and institutions. She has adapted this training for the general                                   population. The course covers research looking at the effectiveness of                     incorporating a compassionate mindset into daily living, along with                         specific compassion training skills and practices. This course is 6 weeks,                 beginning on April 26 and ending on May 31. Class time is 6:30-7:30 pm.               The course fee is $120.
